There have been 15 sales to date this year, and last year at this time there were only 11 so things have picked up a little, but the inventory may be representative of where we are on the supply curve: at higher prices more people are willing to sell. The bloated inventory level could be a precursor to falling prices and likely is symptomatic of a market that is not in equalibrium.

Things should be looking optimistic for sellers in 2008, however there have only been 9 sales to date in 2008. Last year there were 29 overall sales so this was a well moving category. Logically on the supply curve we are seeing less inventory at what is being preceived as lower price levels that still need to adjust.
